HAMILTON — The Hydraulic Bar in the Champion Mill Conference Center is now open! This exciting new venture is the latest addition to the Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill complex.

The Hydraulic Bar features a full menu of delicious specialty cocktails, beer, wine and an extensive bourbon selection. Our cocktails created by Tyler Sweet, Hydraulic Bar Manager, are a nod to the history of Hamilton and legendary local author, Robert McCloskey.

Guests at the Hydraulic Bar can also choose from a menu of shareable dishes crafted by Chef Mindy Shea and our talented culinary team. This menu features a wide range of appetizers, salads, wings, flatbreads and handhelds. The Hydraulic Bar also offers a kid’s menu and non-alcoholic drinks so everyone in your party can enjoy a meal with us.

While guests at the Warehouse Hotel and Spooky Nook Sports Champion Mill have easy access to the bar, we welcome locals looking for a new go-to place for food and drinks.

The Hydraulic Bar is open Wednesdays through Sundays with happy hours from 3-6:30 p.m. Wed.-Friday and Last Call Trivia on Thursdays starting at 7 p.m.
